Treatment for Hair Loss

Our clinician approved treatment spray or tablet blends the top hair loss reversal treatments available, namely Dutasteride and Minoxidil. It works by diminishing DHT, a primary factor in male hair loss, while also revitalizing blood circulation to hair follicles, promoting regrowth.

The spray or capsule are optimal for typical male hair loss patterns: thinning strands, receding hairlines, and bald patches at the crown.

Treatment information

The spray or tablet is a daily-use solution that merges the two leading treatments for male hair loss: Minoxidil and Dutasteride.

While other providers offer separate sprays and tablets, we’ve integrated both into one topical spray or capsule, ensuring enhanced, safer, and more direct benefits.
This is a prescription-only product, so you won’t see it on store shelves. It’s exclusively accessible via the Volumize website, where a licensed clinician will review and validate your treatment regimen.

For optimal outcomes and safety, stick to treatments prescribed and endorsed by a doctor.

The topical spray is administered using six sprays once a day and the capsule is to be taken once a day. This ensures the scalp receives the ideal quantity of the formula for maximum hair rejuvenation. After spraying, massage the solution into the scalp. The spray is both scent-free and non-oily, so it won’t alter your appearance.

The topical spray or capsule are designed exclusively for men over the age of 18 who are facing hair loss. Regrettably, the active components aren’t appropriate for women.

During the mandatory online consultation to get a prescription for our regimen, we’ll ensure that the treatment aligns with your needs and that your hair loss is inherent, not circumstantial (arising from stress, anxiety, etc.).

Upon initiating the spray or tablet, early signs of improvement should begin to manifest between 3-4 months. Much like nurturing a plant, you won’t see sprouting in the initial week. However, laying the foundation and staying consistent with the treatment will bear fruit.

Around the half-year mark of adhering to the regimen, substantial hair regrowth should be evident. Capturing photos periodically is crucial to track your journey.

The topical spray comes in a 100ml container, intended to last 3 months with a recommended application of six sprays, once daily. It contains Minoxidil at 10% and Dutasteride at 0.2%. The capsules come in a container with 90 capsules, intended to last 3 months with a recommended daily dose of one capsule, once daily. It contains Minoxidil 5mg and Dutasteride at 0.2mg.

Other constituents of the Treatment Spray include Glycerol, Ethanol, Lactic Acid (E270), and water.

As with all medications, potential side effects exist. The most frequently reported side effects from the topical spray is irritation and itching. Nevertheless, the majority of men typically don’t encounter any adverse effects from using the spray.

Dutasteride is not only renowned for its effectiveness but also for its safety profile. Clinical trials indicate that men didn’t experience serious side effects after using Dutasteride. However, like every medication, it can have its downsides.

Typically, the side effects are mild and might manifest as dizziness, fatigue, or swelling in areas like the hands or chest.

On rare occasions, some might experience sexual-related side effects, such as erectile difficulties, reduced sexual drive, or ejaculation-related issues. Importantly, these side effects are rarely connected to the 0.2mg dosage commonly prescribed for male pattern baldness (MPB). They are more frequently linked to the 0.5mg dose used to address an enlarged prostate. Additionally, there isn’t conclusive research tying the MPB-specific Dutasteride dosage to these sexual concerns.

If you have worries about potential side effects or if you think you’re facing any severe reactions from Dutasteride, it’s best to reach out to a medical professional from Volumize or discuss with your primary healthcare provider.

Throughout your treatment journey, a clinician or a pharmacist is readily available for guidance and advice.
