Free delivery on orders over £40.
Delivery information
We ship with Royal Mail Standard (3–5 working days).
• Delivery is free for orders over £40
• £2.99 delivery fee for orders below £40
• Royal Mail delivers Monday to Saturday
Heads-up: Your order will be shipped and delivered within the stated timeframe unless we need more information (for example, a follow-up from our Customer Success team). Until then, your order status may show as “pending.”
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Returns
We know returns can happen, and we aim to keep the process simple.
Non-medicinal products (e.g. shampoo)
• Must be unopened
• Must be in original packaging
• Must be in resaleable condition
If items don’t meet these conditions, we won’t be able to issue a refund.

We’re unable to offer refunds on these products.
By law, once dispatched from the pharmacy, prescription medicines must be used or destroyed.
