Refund Policy
Please read carefully before requesting a refund or ending your contract.
Ending your contract
To end your contract, log in to your account and go to “pause subscription.”

If you’ve already received your products
If you end the contract after we’ve dispatched or you’ve received your order, you’ll need to send the products back. You can:
• post them back to us, or
• if they’re not suitable for posting, ask us to collect them.
If you’re using your change-of-mind right, you must send the products within 14 days of telling us you’re ending the contract. Please contact us first so we can confirm the correct return address.
Prescription medicines: must be returned to the Pharmacy and will be destroyed on return in line with pharmaceutical law.
When we pay for returns
We’ll cover the cost of returning items if:
• a product is faulty or not as described;
• you’re ending the contract because we told you about an upcoming change;
• there’s an error in pricing or description;
• there’s a delivery delay outside our control; or
• you have a legal right to end the contract due to something we did wrong.
In all other cases (including a change of mind), you pay the direct cost of return. If we arrange a collection, we may deduct our direct collection costs from your refund.
When you can’t change your mind
You don’t have a right to change your mind if:
• you’ve unsealed the product after delivery;
• the product is a medicine (including prescription medicine); or
• the service has already been completed.
How refunds work
We’ll refund what you paid for the products, including standard delivery, using the original payment method. In some cases, we may make deductions (see below).
Possible deductions (change of mind only)
Handling: If the value of the goods has gone down because you handled them in a way that wouldn’t be allowed in a shop, we may reduce your refund.
Delivery costs: We’ll refund delivery up to the cheapest delivery option we offer. If you chose a faster option, we’ll only refund the standard cost.
Services: If you cancel a service, we may deduct an amount for what we’ve already provided, prorated up to the date you told us you changed your mind.
When we send your refund
Change of mind (goods): If we didn’t collect the items, we’ll refund within 14 days of getting them back or when you show proof of return.
All other cases: We’ll refund within 14 days of the day you told us you’re ending the contract.
