If you meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the terms and conditions below, you may request a refund through our Money Back Guarantee.

Refund Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a refund under the Money Back Guarantee, you must:

Stick to the treatment consistently for 180 days, following the directions provided in your Treatment Plan and/or by a Volumize Clinician.*

Complete at least two treatment-related consultations with a Volumize Hair Specialist between day 60 and day 150 of your treatment. These can be live consultations or messages sent through your Manual account, but general questions about your subscription or account don’t count.**

Upload at least 6 sets of hair photos via the Hair Progress Tracking Tool. This includes:

One set of photos before starting treatment.

Five more sets, each submitted at least 30 days apart.

Cancel your subscription and email your refund request—including your order number—to help@volumize.co.uk between 180 and 210 days after the delivery of your first shipment.

What to Expect After Requesting a Refund

Refund requests will not be accepted before day 180 or after day 210 from your first shipment delivery.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used.

Only the Hair Loss Treatment Service subscription cost is eligible for refund. Any additional cosmetic or supplement products are not covered.

You’ll be refunded for any Hair Loss Treatment Service subscription fees paid up to the point of your request.
