Once the prescribing clinician has approved your prescription and your medication has been prescribed, your order cannot be cancelled or refunded, as prescription medicines cannot legally be returned or resold for safety reasons.
If you no longer wish to continue treatment, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account/Dashboard to prevent future orders.
