So we created The Volumize Promise: a results-backed guarantee for new customers who follow their prescribed plan for 6 months.

If you’ve stuck to the plan and haven’t seen improvement, we’ll refund you. No hassle—just help getting back to good hair days.

How the Volumize Promise Works

If you’re new to Volumize and you start a qualifying treatment, you may be able to claim a refund under The Volumize Promise—as long as you meet all the steps below.

1) Stick with it (180 days)

Use your prescribed treatment every day for 180 consecutive days.

• Applies only to plans that include Oral Plan, Advance Topic, or both (recommended)
• Must be your first time using a hair loss treatment
• 3, 6, 9 and 12 month plans are eligible, as long as you’ve received six months’ worth of treatment

2) Stay connected (check-ins)

Complete the required aftercare surveys and consultation:

• Surveys at months 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 (use the same link each month)
• Calendly consultation with our Aftercare team between days 180–210 (link provided in month 6 survey)
• If you request a remote consult but haven’t uploaded monthly images, your request will be denied

These check-ins help us track progress and support you throughout the six months.

3) Track your progress (photos)

Provide clear, consistent photos so we can fairly assess your results.

Before you start:
• Upload five “before” photos (front, back, top, left, right)

During treatment:
• Upload five photo sets (same angles) every 30 days

Keep lighting, angles, and distance as consistent as possible.

4) Request a refund (if eligible)

If, after 180 days of consistent use, your hair has worsened, you may be eligible.

• After your Calendly consultation, we’ll submit your refund request for review
• Our treatment specialists will check your photos, survey history, and usage to confirm eligibility

Note: If your hair has stayed the same (no further loss), the treatment is considered successful, and the Promise doesn’t apply.

What’s covered

• New customers only (you haven’t used these treatments before)
• Prescription plans only
• Refunds apply only to the prescription part of the plan
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method

When we say “refund,” we mean a refund of the service associated with your prescription plan.

• Refund window: Requests are accepted only between day 180 and day 210 after your first shipment

• Start date: The Volumize Promise applies to new orders placed after the promotion start date
• Promotion changes: Volumize may end this promotion at any time
• Valid purchases: Only applies to orders made directly on the Volumize website
